One more year, from the HR department of Inprosec, we have conducted the annual satisfaction survey of our employees.
We share with you below the results we have obtained, after another year of changes and improvements for the good of the company.
The aspects to be evaluated are divided into 6 blocks, each and every one of them are essential for the proper management of the great team that makes up our company.

Already in 2019 we have started to make a big change in our offices in Vigo, since the workforce is also in continuous growth; in this year 2021 we have made an improvement in the facilities, adding a larger Meeting Room, new furniture, and various improvements in line with the new dimension of the company.
We continue to stand out in aspects related to the good working environment and a hierarchy that stands out for its good leadership, transparency and recognition of the work done by each employee. A close relationship between employees and managers continues to be essential for us. Undoubtedly another aspect in which we have improved has been the flexibility, teleworking is something that has been in Inprosec since its inception and is maintained to this day.
Our goal is to, at the very least, maintain the positive results and surpass them.
