Last Friday, August 9, a capital increase was signed before a notary public for the division and company INPROSEC AUTO, S. L., which was set up less than 2 years ago to focus on industrial cyber security.
In addition to a contribution from the main company of the Inprosec group, 4 private investors who were already involved in the project and who wanted to accompany us more fully with the division and with the development of its hardware for industry were also present.
We welcome the new partners and hope to open a new round of financing and capital increase to new partners who do not want to miss the opportunity to be part of this great project.
